Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations & Screenings

A 60-90-minute comprehensive evaluation exploring your mental health, medical history, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Screening may address depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, adjustment concerns, perinatal/postpartum concerns, perimenopause-related mood concerns, and other women’s mental health needs.

Medication Management

A 30-minute follow up visit focused on medication management, symptom monitoring, psychoeducation, and collaborative treatment planning. Treatment decisions are individualized based on your symptoms, goals, response to medication, and overall well-being.

FMLA/ADA Medical Documentation

Medical documentation for FMLA, ADA workplace accommodations, and other clinically appropriate forms may be provided following a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation when medically indicated.
